I trained with a well-respected executive search firm operating in the management consultancy and financial services sectors where I began as a researcher before progressing to account manager. This gave me responsibility for two multinational accounts where I was responsible for sourcing and securing management level hires for retained clients. This enabled me to gain significant experience of a professional search process as well as maintaining and developing excellent client relationships. I subsequently worked in a business development role before joining Ortus in January 2006. Since then, I have specialised entirely in the legal sector and completed many senior projects.

I have worked with solicitors at all levels with specific concentration on associate and partner level appointments and whilst I work in many practice areas, I have had a particular focus in Asset Finance, Corporate, Shipping and Commercial Litigation, generating a strong personal network of contacts within each of these sectors.
