I have worked within executive search since 2002 where I initially trained with an international search firm on the South Coast. Here, I was responsible for mid to senior manager and directorship level appointments within a variety of industry sectors, including international project work. This enabled me to gain maximum exposure to the search process, as well as having responsibility for managing key client relationships with large blue chip companies.

I then spent a year working within the quasi-legal areas of financial services and compliance before joining Ortus in June 2004 to specialise exclusively within the legal sector.

During my time with Ortus, I have worked with solicitors at all levels, across a broad range of disciplines, mainly at partner level. Whilst I have worked in many disciplines, I have recently developed strong links within the energy, projects and transport sectors.

In my role as Managing Consultant for Ortus, I now oversee the management of our consultants and research team and feel incredibly proud of the professional team we have developed.
